2.3 The Bill, as amended, was deemed agreed.
2.4 The Committee requested that the Minister for Local Government and Communities, Carl Sargeant AM (Member in Charge) prepare a revised Explanatory Memorandum, in accordance with Standing Order 26.27.
2.5 The Chair informed the Committee that Stage 3 proceedings for the Bill would begin on Friday, 18 May 2012. The Chair informed Members that the deadline for tabling amendments at Stage 3 would be issued in due course.

3.1 The Committee noted the paper 1 (CELG(4)-13-13) – Letter from the Chair to the Minister for Local Government and Communities.
Any other business:
4.1 The Committee agreed the order of consideration for Stage 2 proceedings of the National Assembly for Wales (Official Languages) Bill, in accordance with Standing Order 26.21:
“Amendments are to be disposed of in the order in which the sections and schedules to which they relate arise in the Bill, unless the committee considering Stage 2 proceedings has decided otherwise.”
